Lucas Heights Community School 7-12 are proud to announce our new positive behaviour for learning House Points system is now up and running.
Using our Visible Learning pedagogic approach, students earn points and set goals for demonstrating school values across social, academic and sporting achievements. Student voice and input, through the SRC, informed us of what positive achievements students want recognised. Students who accumulate the required amount of points are taken on a Rewards Day once a semester; the winning house is awarded a House Cup at the end of the year; and individual students who are top point earners or show significant improvement are awarded MVP medallions. Points allocations in the attached table. Students and parents can see their points through the Portal.
