Dear Parents,
We have been notified by Sutherland Shire Council that from next Monday, 17 October, preparation is commencing for the building of a future park/playground adjacent to the school.
This will unfortunately mean that the vacant lot next to the primary school car park will be blocked off to parking and pedestrian/vehicle access. A fence will be erected by the council.
We understand this will mean parents need to find other parking options on the street. Apart from disabled car spaces, no parent parking is available in the staff car park. Please take time this week to consider safe pick up and drop off arrangements for your children. It may be necessary to park and walk your children into the school for safety.
We apologise for the inconvenience but Council own the land.
We hope the park/playground is a great addition to the community.
