Lucas Heights Community School is offering clubs during Term 4 REAL. Please read the attached profile of each group that is being offered and think about selections. This year we are completing enrolments for REAL groups digitally via Google Forms.
Students will be given a time period in which to login to the Google Form and submit their choices. Since each club is limited to 16 people, enrolments are on a first in, first served basis. The Google Form has a submission timestamp to ensure equality and fairness in the process.
The Form will be OPEN on Monday 14/9 from 10:25 until 4:00pm - outside of these times the form will be CLOSED and submissions will not be accepted. Submissions can be completed at home if students are not present on the day.
Prior to Monday 14/9, students will be emailed a link to the form in their DOE emails and will be required to login to their emails on their devices, check their email, click the link, and submit the form.
Please note if students are using mobile devices to submit forms there can be login errors when their personal Google account on their phone clashes with their DOE accounts.
